1. Go To Bed Earlier

If you’re not sleeping very well at night, try going to bed earlier. This simple bedtime tip will help you sleep longer and deeper.

Going to bed early will help you to wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. Studies show that people who sleep later tend to feel groggy and tired during the day. So, if you want to wake up with energy, try going to bed at least an hour earlier.

I am always in bed by 10-10:30 pm because I know I will be less stressed in the morning if I get more sleep. Try adding this to your night routines and you will wake up feeling happier and so relaxed!

2. Turn Off The Lights

Another thing you can do to improve your sleep quality is turn off the lights. Light exposure during the day has an impact on our circadian rhythm, which regulates our body clock. In other words, light exposure during the day affects how we feel at night.

The worst kind of light to take in at night is blue light so be sure to turn off your TV and other devices an hour before bed for optimal sleep!
